New Men's Community leadership needed

Current leadership term ends in December; events after January breakfast require new team

The All Saints Men's Community almost runs itself due to the leadership style of the last few years. When anyone has a Men's project or event on their heart, they come to a Men's leadership meeting and make it happen.

But someone has to hold the meetings. And there's the problem. The term for the current President and Vice President ends in December. So far, there is nobody to take over these positions.

There are three positions: President, Vice President, and Computer Dude.

• The President holds and leads meetings, provides overall leadership, and is the liaison to the church.
• The Vice President leads meetings when the president can't attend. He also works with the president on brainstorming and planning.
• The Computer Dude sends out email newsletters.

The last formally-planned event is December's breakfast. Clarke Oler has stepped up to provide some transition leadership and will coordinate the January breakfast. After that, a new team is needed. Also note that the Men's Small Group on the first and third Sundays will continue even without formal announcement.

Mike Babcock speaks at December Men's Breakfast

Mike Babcock will speak about his "Spiritual Journey Through Public and Non-Public Education." Mike is an active All Saints member and community activist. He recently retired from eight years as a member of the Pasadena School Board and was headmaster of Polytechnic School for 19 years.

Share your stories and listen to other's journeys in this men’s small group led by Greg Carlsson, Robert Cornell and Kevin Sea. Come together in an atmosphere of acceptance and trust to talk about what is really on your heart and mind.
